At 602 AM EDT/502 AM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a
line extending from near Port St. Joe to 46 miles southwest of
Apalachicola, moving east at 55 mph. A wind gust of 71 mph was
measured near Cape San Blas.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
