Downtown Asheville, East Asheville, Arden, West Asheville, North Asheville, Woodfin, Swannanoa, Fairview In Buncombe County, Biltmore Forest, and Bent Creek. Very heavy rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour will be possible in these areas.
