At 509 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles southeast of Mexico Point State Park to near New York State Fairgrounds to near Niles to near Moravia, moving northeast at 65 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Onondaga, Syracuse, Clay, Cicero, De Witt, Van Buren, Baldwinsville, North Syracuse, Solvay, and Fayetteville.
