At 1009 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles east of Carthage to 7 miles northwest of Logansport to near Joaquin to near Center to near Neuville. Movement was east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Center, Mansfield, Zwolle, Logansport, Joaquin, Converse, Patroon, Neuville, Shelbyville, Oak Grove, Pleasant Hill, Huxley, South Mansfield, Keachi, Noble, Grand Cane, Longstreet, Stanley, Keat Chie, and Carmel.
