Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll
free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.
At 452 AM EDT, Emergency management reported high water events
across southern Harrison county. Although rainfall has ended, high
water on roads and overflowing creeks and small streams will
continue for few more hours. Therefore, the flash flood warning
continues in effect until 730 AM. Flash flooding is already
occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

drainage and low-lying areas.
