* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 447 AM EDT, Emergency management reported several high water
events and few water rescues across Harrison county. Although
rainfall has ended, high water on roads and overflowing creeks and
small streams will continue for few more hours. Therefore, the
flash flood warning has been extended until 7 AM. Flash flooding
is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
