HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Kingsport, Rogersville, Gate City, Surgoinsville, Church Hill, Mount Carmel, Baileyton, Duffield, Clinchport, and McCloud. This includes Interstate 81 in Tennessee between mile markers 36 and 41.
