deaths occur in vehicles.
Heavy rain will cause minor flooding in the following counties...
Le Sueur...Brown...Blue Earth...Nicollet...
* Until 115 PM CDT.
* At 1142 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain
across south-central Minnesota that will cause urban and small
stream flooding. Overflow of water will result in minor flooding
of poor drainage locations. One to two inches of rain has already
fallen.
* Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
Mankato, New Ulm, North Mankato, St. Peter, Sleepy Eye, Lake
Crystal, Eagle Lake, Nicollet, Kasota, Courtland, Cleveland, and
Garden City.
Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
