heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
fell a few hours ago. The expected rainfall rate with this next
round of storms is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour. That means many areas
will receive 4 to 6 inches of rain or more for an overnight total.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
