* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northern Indiana, including the following counties, in north central Indiana, Kosciusko and St. Joseph. In northern Indiana, Elkhart, Lagrange and Marshall. * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 808 AM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
