Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen so far this morning, with some localized totals in excess of 5 inches. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area as a band of heavier rain pivots through through the early afternoon.
