Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following
counties, Genesee, Lapeer and Shiawassee.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1000 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain associated with the remnants of Beryl.
Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and
4 inches of rain have fallen so far this morning, with some
localized totals in excess of 5 inches.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area as a band of heavier rain pivots through
through the early afternoon. This additional rain will result
in continued minor flooding.

Flint, Owosso, Fenton, Lapeer, Flushing, Grand Blanc,
Davison, Imlay City, Durand, Almont, Clio, Perry, Brown City,
Laingsburg, North Branch, Columbiaville, New Lothrop, Burton,
Swartz Creek and Hadley.
