* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Genesee, Lapeer and Shiawassee. * WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1000 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain associated with the remnants of Beryl. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen so far this morning, with some localized totals in excess of 5 inches. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area as a band of heavier rain pivots through through the early afternoon. This additional rain will result in continued minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
