* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Michigan, including the following counties, in south central Michigan, Calhoun, Eaton, Ingham and Jackson. In southwest Michigan, Kalamazoo and Van Buren. * WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 951 AM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Widespread 2-4 inch rains have fallen, with localized 6+ inch rain totals. Additional rain of 1-2 inches today will continue to produce minor flooding, primarily on roadways, poor drainage areas, and other low spots. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
