* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne. * WHEN...Until 100 PM EDT. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 939 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain associated with the remnants of Beryl. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen so far this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area through 1 PM. Urban street flooding and ponding of water in prone areas will continue. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
