For the Yellow River...including Plymouth, Knox...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Yellow River at Plymouth. * WHEN...From this evening to late Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, A small trailer park near the Jefferson Street bridge begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM EDT Wednesday /7:45 AM CDT Wednesday/ the stage was 8.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 14.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.2 feet on 03/06/1979. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
