inches.
* WHERE...Portions of the northern and central mountains of West
Virginia; including the higher terrain of Pocahontas and
Randolph counties. Portions of southeastern and south central
West Virginia.
* WHEN... 7 PM EST Saturday until 1 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult on Sunday. The hazardous
conditions will occur Saturday night through Sunday, with
Sunday being a heavy travel day.
