* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Louisiana, including the following parishes, southern Bossier, southern Caddo, De Soto, northwestern Natchitoches, Red River and northern Sabine and northeast Texas, including the following county, eastern Shelby. * WHEN...Until 830 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 532 PM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since early this afternoon. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated higher amounts, are expected over the area through 830 PM. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
