* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Louisiana, including the following
parishes, southern Bossier, southern Caddo, De Soto, northwestern
Natchitoches, Red River and northern Sabine and northeast Texas,
including the following county, eastern Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 830 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 532 PM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause
urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of
rain have fallen since early this afternoon.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated
higher amounts, are expected over the area through 830 PM.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Shreveport, Bossier City, Natchitoches, Mansfield, Haughton,
Many, Coushatta, Benton, Stonewall, Zwolle, Logansport,
