* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations between 5 and 9 inches and ice accumulations between
one tenth to around three tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high
as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Lewis, Bracken, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Mason, Owen,
Pendleton, and Robertson Counties.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST Monday Night.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
