Manchester street floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 26.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
