location prior to the onset of winds.
* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph possible.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas mainly north of a San
Angelo to Brownwood line.
* WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
