* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Bledsoe, Bradley, Hamilton, Marion, Meigs, Rhea and Sequatchie. * WHEN...Until 730 AM EDT /630 AM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 412 AM EDT /312 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
