Carlisle County in western Kentucky...
* Until 330 PM CDT.
* At 1118 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have
produced heavy rain and flash flooding across the warned area.
Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
