Lots north of Phillip Drive and south of Brief Road are being covered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.0 feet tomorrow morning.
