EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EDT THIS MORNING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS
IN NORTH CAROLINA THIS WATCH INCLUDES 3 COUNTIES IN WESTERN NORTH
CAROLINA GRAHAM, MACON, AND SWAIN.
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ALARKA, ALMOND, BRYSON CITY,
FRANKLIN, HIGHLANDS, KYLE, LUADA, RAINBOW SPRINGS, ROBBINSVILLE,
STECOAH, AND WESSER.
