Ohio River at Meldahl Dam. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ohio River at Meldahl Dam. * WHEN...Until early Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 55.0 feet, The Village of Neville, Ohio begins to experience lowland flooding, while backwater flooding along creeks and streams results in lowland flooding along the river. Route 52 becomes cut off in southern Clermont County at Bear Creek and Maple Creek near Neville. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 55.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late Wednesday evening and continue falling, remaining below flood stage. - Flood stage is 51.0 feet.
