The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana...Kentucky... Ohio River at Newburgh Dam, Henderson, Mount Vernon, J.T. Myers Dam, Shawneetown and Golconda. .Levels on the Ohio River will continue to drop, falling below flood stage at Newburgh and Henderson Thursday night, and at points from Mount Vernon to Golconda Sunday or Monday. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and will continue. * WHERE...Ohio River near Henderson. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Several roads begin to flood including: Horseshoe Bend Rd on Hwy 136, Kentucky 268 at the four-mile marker past McDonald Landing Rd, Gray-Adridge Rd, Old River Rd, Green River Rd, Stratman Rd and Wolf Hills Rd. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 37.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this evening and continue falling to 14.4 feet Sunday, April 27. - Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
