At 435 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain associated
with slow moving thunderstorms had ended and only light to moderate
rainfall persisted. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
