The Flood Advisory will expire at 415 AM EDT early this morning for
a portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following areas,
Bell, Clay, Harlan, Knox, Leslie, Letcher and Perry.
The heavy rain has ended and additional small stream flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
