In southeast Kentucky, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Knott, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Perry and Pike. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Flooding of larger creeks, streams, especially in low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 PM EDT, minor areal flooding was ongoing in the advisory area, as 2 to 4 inches of rain fell on Friday and Friday Night. Some low water crossings remain impassable. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Pikeville, Hazard, Prestonsburg, Jackson, Whitesburg, Hindman, Hyden, Letcher, Estill, Bath, Jenkins, Coal Run Village, Elkhorn City, Wheelwright, Fleming-Neon, Martin, Pippa Passes, Forest Hills, Wayland and Vicco.
