Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following
counties, Christian, Douglas, Ozark, Taney, Webster and Wright.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 942 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 7.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- This includes the following low water crossings...
Beaver Creek at County Road 524, Fox Creek at County Road
246, Little Beaver Creek at County Road 447, Little Beaver
Creek at Old Cheese Plant Road, Bryant Creek at County Road
223, Bull Creek at Center Road and James River at Bell Ford
Road.

Southern Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Marshfield, Ava,
Highlandville, Rogersville, Seymour, Sparta, Mansfield,
Fordland, Taneyville, Diggins, Fremont Hills, Duncan, Wasola,

Brownbranch, Bruner, Bradleyville, Brushyknob, Oldfield,
Garrison, Noble, Chadwick, Linden, Northview, Rockbridge,
