White Rock Creek Near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave affecting Dallas County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Denton Creek near Justin. * WHEN...Until Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate out of bank flooding starts. Water starts to cover portions of FM 407 north of the creek and Tim Donald Rd south of the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning.
