* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central West Virginia, including the following county, Taylor. * WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 158 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since Tuesday, most of it overnight and this morning. Flooding is already occurring. Pubic and Emergency Management reported Route 50 in Prunytown completely flooded with nearby stream out of its banks. Also flooding throughout mostly northern Taylor County along back roads and poor drainage areas. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
