The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Mississippi... Tallahala Creek At Laurel affecting Jones County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Tallahala Creek at Laurel. * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Water begins to affect buildings on the right bank just downstream near Highway 15. Several other buildings further downstream are affected as well. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 16.7 feet. - Forecast...The river has crested and will continue to fall below flood stage through the weekend. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
