In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Nemaha and Pottawatomie. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with rain rates of over an inch an hour, are likely today, especially this afternoon. Thunderstorms may impact the same locations several times. These conditions may lead to flooding.
