IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Emporia, Americus, and Olpe. This includes the following highways... Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 139. Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 117 and 132.
