cars through flooded areas.

Children's Zoo...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Spy Run Creek at Park Drive At Fort Wayne Children's Zoo.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Franke Park Drive along the creek floods
as drainage systems backfill. Low profile vehicles become stranded
in parking lots by the playground and near the roundabout at the
entrance to Franke Park.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 11.1 feet
early this morning, but should fall below flood stage by mid
to late morning.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
