At 713 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm with strong low level rotation that could produce a tornado at any time was located 4 miles east of Sallisaw, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. Locations in or near the path include... Sallisaw... Roland... Muldrow... Short... Cottonwood... Brushy... This includes Interstate 40 in Oklahoma between mile markers 306 and 324.
