At 932 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.25 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing and starting to recede. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
