A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
northern Michigan.
At 608 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Garland, or near Lewiston, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Atlanta, Lewiston, Hetherton, Briley Township, Garland, Canada Creek
Ranch, and Clear Lake State Park.
