South Fork Sabine River Near Quinlan affecting Rockwall and Hunt Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this morning and continue falling to 4.7 feet Sunday morning.
