River and stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 951 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 7 inches of rain have fallen over the last several hours. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area.
