* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Clinton and Warren. * WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 906 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Lebanon, Springboro, Franklin, Waynesville, Harveysburg, Corwin, Oregonia, Caesar Creek State Park, Lytle, State Route 48 at State Route 73, Genntown, Five Points, Pekin, Kingman and Oakland.
