A humid air mass and light winds will make fog development likely this morning, especially in low-lying areas and places which received rainfall over the past 24 hours. Visibility's may drop to 1/4 mile in some places. Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for sudden changes in visibility over short distances. Remember to slow down, use your low-beam headlights, and allow extra time to reach your destination. The fog will gradually mix out by 8 AM.
