* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of central and northern Oklahoma, including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Logan and Payne. In northern Oklahoma, Garfield and Noble. * WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Although rain fall has diminished, minor flooding is ongoing where between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
