* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of northeast North Carolina, including the following areas, Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Eastern Currituck, Gates, Hertford, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans and Western Currituck. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A nearly stationary frontal boundary will provide the focus for numerous rounds of showers and storms across the watch area. Additional rainfall totals of around 1 inch, with locally higher amounts will be possible.
