* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, the back yards of several homes on Tom
Goethe Road flood.

- At 1015 AM EDT Monday, the stage was 11.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.1
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
