Additional rainfall Wednesday could bring additional river rises later in the week. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Lafayette. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Nuisance flooding of a couple of low agricultural fields begins in far western part of Tippecanoe County. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 11.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:30 AM EDT Tuesday was 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
