* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of South Central Kansas, including the following county, Sumner. * WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM CDT, media reports water covering roadways. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wellington, Mulvane, Belle Plaine, Conway Springs, Caldwell, Oxford, Argonia, South Haven, Geuda Springs, Mayfield, Milan, Hunnewell, Perth, Wellington Airport and Riverdale.
