At 1002 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 9 miles southwest of Morganton to 14 miles north of
Shelby to 11 miles east of Gaffney to 11 miles southeast of Union,
moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Gastonia, Rock Hill, Hickory, Shelby, Morganton, Newton, Gaffney,
