Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Louisiana...
Bayou Dorcheat At Lake Bistineau affecting Bossier, Webster and
Bienville Parishes.
For the Bayou Dorcheat...including Lake Bistineau...Minor flooding
is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Bayou Dorcheat at Lake Bistineau.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 142.5 feet, Expect some minor flooding of low area
camps, however, all access roadways will remain open.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 142.7 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday was 142.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
early Sunday afternoon and continue falling to 142.4 feet
Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 142.5 feet.
