Flood waters begin to creep over 13th street in the low water spot about a half mile west of 119th Street. Expect typical flooding of low water crossings and low cropland areas as well as fields near the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 18.6 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this morning and continue falling to 8 feet by Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
